The aim is to get a gold medal BT. After warm up perform 8x 30/15 sec. Tabata intervals followed by a continuous effort around 125% TP as long as you can. Just before you run out of gas sprint as hard as you can. After you have recovered from the BT effort do 2x9 min. at LTP mixed with some short accelerations. Obviously this work out is not suited for ERG mode. Can be performed outside or indoor.
